Managing Director

Founder and Managing Director of in 1997. Also Chef-patron of the Clos Du Roy Restaurant in Bath for the last 20 years, Philippe is also a fully qualified instructor for Dale Carnegie™ and a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP), he is also a member of ANLP international. He regularly gives talks about career development. His areas of expertise are Life and Executive Coaching.

Sonia Salles

Executive Manager

Sonia graduated from Lycee Montauriol and ICOGES Paris, She also owned a restaurant for 3 years in the South of France with her husband. You will benefit from her experience and knowledge. Joined in March 2002.

Patricia Piromalli

Consultant

Originally from Nice, Patricia was working with Sales and Marketing company after completing her three years professional Office Assistant degree in Cannes . She then decided to join the catering industry and started to work part time as a commis and progress to chef de rang in gastronomique restaurants.  In 2006 she decided to come in UK to gain greater experience. Patricia join  in April 2007, she has a real passion for people and believe strongly in what she is doing.

Guillaume Darmon

Consultant

Guillaume started as apprentice in Marseille and finished as Restaurant Manager. After 10 years in catering industry in Marseille, Paris and in UK, Guillaume worked for 3 years as a Telesales person/Customer Service for an international company. Guillaume joined in January 2006.He will direct you to find the right place for your future career.
