atmosphere. It is a restaurant with rooms, with each room being painstakingly
restored to make the most of original features whilst bringing up to
date facilities and comfort. Marcus Ashenford's influences range from
Michel Roux to Constance Spry. The menu is defined by variations on
classic combinations. "The Old Mill" was restored to make
the most of all of its historical features, whilst bringing up to date
the facilities and comfort available to the guests.
