This Country House hotel is an impressive Italian style mansion set in 110 acres of woodland, park and landscaped gardens. Located between London and Cambridge, Down Hall is an ideal location for exploring the picturesque villages of Essex and Hertfordshire. The Downham restaurant offers both Table d'Hôte and A La Carte menus, or for a real culinary treat there is now the Ibbetson the new fine dining restaurant, which proposes the finest English and European Cuisine.
There are 45 bedrooms in the main house, and 50 executive bedrooms in the new wing. They are all nicely decorated and comfortable.
