Featuring the 2 Star Michelin Chef Martin Blunos, Blinis embraces all aspects of fine food with its Delicatessen and Restaurant operation. Blinis is positioned overlooking the Weir below one of Bath's central Landmarks, Pulteney Bridge. Thus Blinis provides the best food for its customers to enjoy either in their own home or in its chic, elegant Restaurant. Although Martin's menu includes some old favourites, he has introduced an exciting new repertoire. In the Delicatessen, a large proportion of the goods may be produced inhouse from recipes unique to Martin.
