Brockencote Hall

Set in the grounds of a 17th century estate, this 17 bedroom former Victorian mansion maintains high standards of hospitality and comfort. It is a genuine French enclave with all the warmth regular visitors to France experience on returning to a favourite place. The owners, Joseph and Alison Petitjean have over the past 14 years created an oasis of elegance formed around an authentic French ambience and quality cuisine. The kitchen is managed by head chef Jerome Barbancon and has received 3 AA Rosettes in 1998 for its high standards and imaginative dishes, offering traditional French cuisine, with occasional regional and seasonal specialities, complemented by an excellent wine cellar.
