Hunstrete
House is an idyllic 18th century residence surrounded by its own Deer
Park, nestling at the edge of the Mendip Hills in classic undulated English
countryside.
Hunstrete's rural, peaceful setting is, nevertheless, conveniently only
seven miles from Bath and eleven miles from Bristol with excellent access
to all major routes. Many famous attractions are nearby.
Chef Philippe Hobson uses much of the freshly grown produce from the gardens
and sources all other ingredients from carefully selected suppliers offering
a wide range of menus and seasonal dishes. The cellar offers an extensive
choice of wines for all occasions and taste. They restaurant has attained
numerous awards including the much coveted three rosettes from the AA.
The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and relaxed.
