Nutfield Priory Hotel

Nutfield Priory built in 1872 is an extravagant folly embellished with elaborate carvings, intricate stonework, stained glass and cloisters.
Set high on Nutfield Ridge, in forty acres of grounds, this Victorian gothic-style country house overlooks the Sussex and Surrey countryside within easy reach of London and the motorway network.
David Evans heads the Cloisters restaurant that is furnished in the style of the Palace of Westminster. The enjoyably high standard of the traditional Rustique French cooking is award winning. A Bar lunch and Vegetarian meals are available.
Situated in a tranquil setting and restored to its original splendor its spectacular authentic ambience needs to be felt to be believed. This atmosphere is increased by the 60 en-suites, all furnished in grand Victorian style, and the luxury Health and Leisure Club.
